BJJ Hygiene

There's no excuse for poor hygiene. Wash your Gi after after every roll, and wash yourself! No one likes to roll with someone who smells like cabbage. More importantly is the risk of mat born infections like impetigo, ringworm and staph. When you wash your Gi add something like Napisan to kill off those germs. Wash your Gi bag from time to time too. Use antibacterial soaps. Oh, and before you step on the mats clean your feet!
